Hi, I'm Maz!

I make the behind-the-scenes stuff work, so you don't have to hold it all in your head.

Twenty-odd years as an EA, self-taught in all of it, and now a Systems Strategist and Microsoft 365 educator. I help EAs, OBMs, VAs and small business owners set up work so it runs without them, explained in plain English.

so, what's going on for you?

Grab the card that sounds most like you.

Start small

"Give me one thing I can fix today."

Bite-sized fixes you can use straight away, at your own pace.

Fix one thing

"One thing is driving me up the wall."

Get one system working properly, with me right there with you.

Rethink the lot

"I need someone to look at the whole thing."

Step back, see how it all fits together, and build from there, for you or your team.

the human behind the systems

I've sat in your chair, with none of the authority and all of the responsibility.

I was the one who knew where everything lived and quietly absorbed every "can you just quickly…". I taught myself the tools because nobody else was going to, which is why I explain them without the jargon.

Teaching the skills underneath the work, for individuals, teams and communities.

notes on the fridge

Kind words from people I've worked with.

"Worth putting pants on for!"

"Absolutely blown away by what we were all able to achieve with that really targeted support and access to your brain."

Kirsten Smith

"I've learned so much in a way that makes sense to me."

"In two half day sessions, we built the board, templated tasks, and worked out how to manage both the projects and my team's workload from one space!"

Debbie Brace

"Phew, such a time saver!"

"Bookings has been such a huge win. Already we've set up a couple of different services and have around 20 bookings made by others."

Emma Lawson

"An incredible masterclass."

"You truly understood where our members are at in business, and it showed. We would love to have you back."
