Before we start, a short pre-session form walks you through your tools and what's not working, so the day goes on the work itself.

See what's actually happening

We trace how information comes in, where it goes, who touches it and where it gets stuck, using your real inboxes, files and tools.

Decide

Agree how it should run

Where each thing lives, who owns it, what "done" looks like. You make the calls with me alongside, so the rules fit how you actually work.

Build

Start it in your own tools

We set up and test the new model on your live work, so you leave with it already running, and your report lands within 5 business days of the session.

The same VIP day, two ways to have it.

It's you and me, plus one other person if they're part of how the work runs. Both options start with a free Clarity Call, so we can check the Intensive is the right fit before you commit.

Questions

Before you book.

Online or onsite: how do I choose?

Online suits you if you'd like to split the work over two half days, or want recordings to go back to. Onsite suits you if you think better standing at a whiteboard with everything spread out in front of you. Either way you get the same detailed report. We'll talk it through on your Clarity Call.

Can someone else join?

Yes, one other person who's part of how the work runs, like a business partner or your right-hand person. The Intensive is a VIP day built around your business. If you want your whole team trained, Team Training is the better fit.

How much gets built on the day?

We set up and test the core of the new model in your own tools, on your live work. Bigger pieces, like moving every client across or automation, go into your report's roadmap in the order to tackle them, so you can do them yourself, with your team, or with me afterwards.

How does the deposit work?

The deposit holds your date. The balance is charged to the same card 14 days before your session, and your session is confirmed once it's paid. The deposit is non-refundable. Sessions are booked at least 21 days ahead.

Can I pay by invoice instead of card?

Yes. Email team@mariannetansley.com and we'll sort the paperwork another way.
