Systems Studio

Build systems you can rely on - without holding it all together in your head

For admin professionals who are tired of being the system.

Learn how to design practical systems that create clarity, consistency, and confidence - one system at a time.

Not a course to complete. Not a library to binge.
A working studio can come back to whenever your business needs a better system.

You don't need more tools.

You need your work to stop feeling fragile.

Maybe this sounds familiar:

  • You're responsible for making work happen - but too much of it still depends on you

  • Everyone comes to you because you're the one who knows where everything lives

  • Every new client, project, or team change feels like more moving parts to keep track of

  • You're constantly filling the gaps where a systems should be doing the work instead

  • Too much of the business still lives in your head instead of a system someone else could confidently follow

Nothing is on fire.
But nothing feels settled either.

Systems Studio exists for that middle space - where nothing feels broken enough to stop everything, but the little points of friction are quietly costing you time, energy, and confidence.

Because the visible problem is rarely the real one.

Inside Systems Studio, the goal isn't to "use more tools".

It's to help your work feel like it's supporting you, instead of depending on you.

  • Clearer - you know where things live, why they belong there, and where to look next

  • More reliable - your systems continue working as the business, clients, and team evolve

  • Less mental noise - fewer decisions, less second-guessing

  • More consistent - the way you operate no longer depends on memory and workarounds

You stop relying on memory, workarounds, and personal heroics. Instead, you build systems that quietly support the way you work every day.

Calm isn't found. It's designed.

Hi, I'm Marianne (Maz)

I built Systems Studio after years of watching capable admin professionals do incredible work... while quietly carrying systems that made everything harder than it should be.

Most of the time, the problem wasn't skill.
It was that they had become the system.

Systems Studio is where I help you stop carrying everything yourself.

Not perfect.
Just designed to be reliable.

What it's like to work with me...

Maz's knowledge is next level - she's my go-to when I need help.

The content and delivery make it so easy to take in when you're juggling all the things. It's great knowing she's there when I need her.

Debbie, Can Do Admin Services

I love the content and the shared conversations. Even the questions other members ask turn into powerful learning moments.

Rachel, Connect & Flow WA

I see myself as very efficient in Microsoft apps, so it's great knowing I have someone in my corner when I need help.

  • Everything that repeats is a system

  • Businesses are ecosystems of systems

  • Diagnose before you redesign

  • Calm isn't found. It's designed

If those ideas resonate with you...
I think you'll feel right at home here.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much time do I need each week?

There's no required weekly commitment.

Some months you might attend every live session and build a new system.
Other months you might simply drop into a Hot Seats session, revisit a resource, or not log in at all.

That's completely fine.

Systems Studio is designed to support your work when you need it - not become another thing you have to keep up with.

Do I have to attend the live sessions?

No. Systems Lab and Hot Seats are both recorded, so you can join live when it suits you or catch the replay later.

The only exception is the VIP Build Lab. It's an optional implementation session that's designed as protected time to build your systems with support available whenever you need it. Because members are often working on live client information and business systems, VIP Build Lab is not recorded.

The goal isn't perfect attendance. It's knowing the right support is there when you need it.

What if I fall behind, or miss things?

You can't fall behind because Systems Studio isn't designed to be completed in order.

There's nothing to catch up on. Build what's relevant now, then come back whenever your business or workflow neds something else.

Yes. Monthly memberships can be cancelled at any time.

Annual memberships run for the full year you've chosen.

If you decide to leave, you'll simply lose access at the end of your membership period. There's no complicated cancellation process.

Is this just another course library?

No.

Systems Studio isn't a library of courses to work through from start to finish. It's a working studio.

Every system is a complete implementation guide that you can build, adapt and return to whenever your business needs it.

You don't have to complete every system. You don't have to follow them in order.

You build the systems your business needs, when your business needs them.

Because the goal isn't to consume more content. It's to build systems you can rely on.

Do I need to use Microsoft 365?

No.

The systems and the thinking behind them aren't specific to Microsoft 365.

Every system inside Systems Studio is built around practical principles like Structure, Flow and Experience, and those ideas transfer to almost any platform.

I demonstrate everything using Microsoft 365 because it's the platform I know best and the one most of my members use.

If you use Google Workspace or another platform, you'll still be able to apply the same systems thinking - you may just need to adapt some of the steps, buttons or features to suit the tools you're working with.

The goal isn't to teach you where to click.

It's to help you design systems that actually work.
