Because one system takes about that long to see, shape and hand over. Your first 90 days are planned out for you, and after that you stay month to month for as long as it is useful.

"Do I need Microsoft 365?"

The map, the audits and the decisions work in any tool. I build the worked examples in Microsoft 365 because most members already pay for it, and you adapt them to whatever you use.

I've spent my career in the engine room of other people's businesses: Executive Assistant, operations manager, and eventually the person everyone called when something needed untangling. For more than 20 years, I was the system.
