I'm Maz - and I've spent my career inside the engine room of businesses: as an executive assistant, an operations manager, and eventually the person others called when things needed untangling.
I built my business because I kept seeing the same problem: smart, capable people running their work on memory and habit instead of actual systems. Not because they didn't care. But because nobody had ever shown them a better way to set it up.
What started with helping overwhelmed clients streamline their day has grown into a full suite of training, strategy, and membership support for admin professionals and growing businesses across Australia and beyond.
