9:00am — Morning tea & set-up
We name the real problem
Not the symptom — the actual bottleneck. You'll have told me what's going on beforehand, so we start the day already pointed at the right thing.
10:00am — 1:00pm
We build it, together
Part co-working, part 1:1 strategy, part "let's just brainstorm this out loud." I move around the room — you're never waiting your turn for long. Lunch included.
1:30pm — 3:30pm
We finish, not just plan
The goal is a working thing by afternoon tea, not a to-do list for "later." You leave with it done, or close enough that finishing it is a five-minute job.
