What to expect

Before the day

Once your date is booked, we'll have a 30-minute planning call in the week before we meet. This is where we scope exactly what we're tackling - so we hit the ground running on the day itself.

Morning

We start with strategy. Where are you now, where do you need to get to, and what does the system need to do? We map it properly before we build anything.

Afternoon

After a proper lunch break away from the screens, we come back refreshed and ready to build. You're in the driver's seat - I'm right there, troubleshooting, and keeping us on track. By the end of the day, the system exists. Not just on paper.

After the day

You'll receive a full debrief summary - agreed action steps, decisions made, and what comes next. PLUS 30 days of private Teams chat support, so you're never stuck while you implement.

About Maz...

I’m Marianne Tansley (or Maz), a systems strategist with a long career spent inside the engine rooms of other people’s businesses.

I spent years as the person holding everything together - the one who knew where everything was, kept the whole operation running, and quietly absorbed every gap and dropped ball.

I do this work because nobody should have to run their business and workload on memory and stubbornness. There's a better way to set it up. That's what we build together.
