Everything happens over Teams — the link comes through in your booking confirmation. No prep required. Come as you are — I'll ask the questions, you talk me through how things actually work day to day. By the end, you'll have a documented map of where information lives, how work moves, and where the friction actually is — plus a written report you can act on straight away, or hand to whoever else needs to be in the loop.
