For one month after your session, message me directly in Teams when a decision needs a second opinion, something you’ve set up isn’t behaving, or you want to sense-check the next step before you take it.

Your VIP day with me in your office, built around how your business actually runs.  

What's included:

  • A full day onsite with whiteboards, butcher's paper and your systems up on screen
  • Audit, decide, build: we map how information and work move through your business, agree how it should run, and start setting it up in your own tools
  • Your detailed strategic report, within 5 business days of the session
  • My travel to your desk

What happens next:

  • Your booking link is on the confirmation page and in your welcome email. Sessions are booked at least 21 days ahead
  • A short pre-session form lets me review your setup before we start, so the day goes on the work itself
