A half-day of systems strategy and guided build - online, via Microsoft Teams.

Here's how it works:

1. Book your date - once your payment is confirmed, you'll receive a link to choose your VIP Systems Strategy session (minimum 3 days from today).

2. Plan the session- once your session date is locked in, you'll receive an email with some info on how to prepare, and a list of the info I need before our session, so I'm up to speed on you and your systems before we kick off.

3. The session itself - we meet online, in Teams, for our session together. The session is recorded so you can revisit our discussions afterwards at your leisure.

4. Keep moving - you'll get a full report of what we covered, along with the link to the session recording, shortly after our session ends. Plus, any next steps or action items we identified are laid out in clear, practical steps, so you can keep moving forwards after our time together ends.
