Bookings has been such a huge win, already we've set up a couple of different 'services' and have around 20 bookings made by others. Phew such a time saver.  

Similarly, we had been using planner, but it dropped away.  Now we've built the plans into our team meetings and can check off, add and edit as we go.

I used Teams when it was the hot new thing and honestly, I hated it. I've always known it can do more than video calls and chats, but I've never felt confident using it in any meaningful way in my business because those early experiences left me cold.

I'm an intelligent and skilled admin professional but misguided instructions from workplace trainers and inefficient processes in outdated procedure manuals meant I felt like a complete idiot when it came to this most central of Microsoft tools.

Now, I have created Teams and Channels that are things of beauty and will absolutely change the way I work with my Microsoft-using clients, some of whom won't even store their documents in OneDrive.

I can't wait to show them around their new workspaces with the confidence that comes with finally knowing what I'm doing here.

So once again, thank you for helping me help my clients and myself - I can't wait to cancel all their Dropbox subscriptions for a start, then it's onto Trello 😂
