Your laptop — fully charged. A printed workbook is provided for each session. Come with an idea of the system, document, or process you'd most like to work through on the day.

Each workshop is 90 minutes of practical, hands-on work. Not presentations. Not slides you'll never open again.
You'll leave each session with something you've built, tested, or reviewed — not just notes from someone else's process.
Attendance is limited to 16 people. That's intentional — the room is small, the conversation is real, and you'll actually get to ask your questions.
All three sessions include prepared content. Sessions 2 and 3 include live demo and activity time with your own device.

I'm Marianne — business systems strategist and former executive assistant with over two decades working behind the scenes in other people's businesses. I've built the workflows, the templates, the SOPs, and the tech stacks. I know what works and what just sounds good on a webinar.
I help admin professionals and business owners build businesses that run on solid systems — not last-minute fixes and endless workarounds. The Perth day is my way of bringing that work off the screen and into the same room as you.
These workshops aren't presentations. They're working sessions — small groups, sleeves rolled up, actually getting things done. You'll leave with something built, not just a list of things to go home and figure out alone.
