Before you talk yourself out of it

Isn't this just going to be another hour of "manage your time better"?
No time-blocking, no productivity hacks. This is about the systems carrying your business, not how you personally manage your day — a different problem entirely, and the one actually keeping you stuck.
I don't really have an hour to spare right now.

Is this only for people who use Microsoft 365?
No. This isn't tool-specific at all — it's a way of looking at your own work so you can see what's actually going on. It applies whatever you're using to run things day to day.
How is this different from the other free trainings I've sat through?
Most free trainings hand you a framework and leave you to work out where you fit in it. This one works the other way round — you leave with your own specific answer, not a generic template to adapt later.
Will there be a recording if I can't make my session live?
No. This one only happens live — no recording, no replay. Pick the time you can genuinely commit to.
